As part of the ongoing efforts to ensure the relevance and quality of the project Green Youth Employability: Emerging Skills and Jobs for a Fair and Green Society (GYE) e-learning platform, each partner organization recently held local feedback assessment events. These sessions brought together youth workers, educators, and stakeholders to evaluate the e-learning platform and its training content.
An Initiative Powered by Erasmus+
Funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, the GYE project aims to equip young people and youth workers with the skills needed to thrive in emerging green job markets. By promoting key green competences and making them accessible through digital tools, the project contributes to a fairer and more sustainable future for European youth.
Engaging and Insightful Feedback Events
Each feedback event followed a structured agenda designed to foster open dialogue and gather meaningful insights. Activities included:
- Plenary feedback sessions, where participants shared their experiences and reflections
- Networking moments, which promoted the exchange of ideas and future collaborations
These sessions created a space for mutual learning, allowing facilitators to capture both the strengths and potential areas of improvement for the platform.
Key Feedback and Highlights
Participants across different countries provided highly valuable feedback. Among the strengths identified were:
- A clear and well-structured layout of the e-learning modules
- An innovative approach, particularly the integration of the E-Portfolio tool, allowing learners to track their growth
- A strong link between green competences and emerging job opportunities
However, the events also highlighted a few suggestions for improvement:
- The need for more interactive features that allow young users to introduce themselves and foster a sense of community
- The possibility to download in-depth learning materials for offline study
- A more intuitive user interface to enhance accessibility, especially for users less familiar with digital learning environments

What Comes Next
The feedback collected during these sessions will be instrumental in improving the GYE e-learning platform. In the next development phase, the project team will:
- Refine and enrich the training content based on participants’ suggestions
- Continue involving experts, educators, and young people to ensure relevance and usability
- Strengthen the platform’s community-building tools and accessibility features
We thank all participants for their time and valuable input. Your voices are shaping the future of green education!
