“Green Youth Employability: Emerging Skills and Jobs for a Fair and Green Society” involves the development of a report based on a survey to have an overviews of the needs and interests of various groups and sectors involved in the field of youth sustainability and employability.

The report serves as the starting point to structure a targeted learning path on green skills and to effectively design the planned e-learning modules. 

Content

The survey consisted of three sections: 

  1. Get to know the user 
  2. Exploring soft skills 
  3. Exploring job opportunities in the green sector  

Target participants

The survey is open to all individuals interested in the sector. Specifically, it targets:

  • Young people
  • Social and educational workers
  • Staff within public entities
  • Talent scouts and/or HR professionals
  • Experts in environmental sustainability

Results

Following the data collection, the consortium developed a report showcasing the results regarding the interests and needs of the respective parties.
The report shows the marching interests and needs from different sectors and young people in the 4 involved countries.
